Our custom approach to innovation strategy combines an empowered culture, human systems, facilitation, custom solutions, and real-time counsel. We launch and backstop innovation initiatives, assess innovation, and enhance organizational culture for improved creativity.
Design thinking
We center people at the heart of our work and use design thinking to generate insight into social and behavioral change possibilities for innovation. We deploy the newest in AI technology to optimize the design thinking process toward more unique, efficient, and rapid outcomes.
Executive Facilitation
We create psychologically safe spaces for co-creation, alignment, and strategy development for small teams or audiences of more than 500. We design custom user experience journeys for every facilitation, ensuring positive behavior change is at the root of our agendas.
Our Story
Rising Solutions is forged from two decades of work in global social innovation. Launched in 2020, Rising Solutions was founded to address the true inhibitors to workplace innovation.
Since its inception, our research has been focused on the systematic failures that inhibit creativity and innovation in the modern workplace. We thrive in the realm of sense-making, ambiguity and exhibit a strong bias for testing assumptions.
Our passion is creating enabling environments for creativity and innovation. We do so by focusing on culture and psychological safety in the workplace. We are often called upon to dismantle invisible barriers to innovation such as workplace design, status quo bias, creativity bias, burnout, and anxiety. This has led us on a new mission to introduce neuroscience and chronobiology to the future of work. We apply these ideas to our work as we guide clients through custom processes that both launch new ideas and create lasting cultures of creativity, growth, and retention.
